Packing for a perfect holiday

Most women return from holiday with a suitcase of clothes they haven't worn. With airlines todya chairging more and more for checked luggage, learing to pack light is the order of the day, and with hand luggage only, think of the extra time you'll save when you arrive at your destination.

Packing rules

• Pack as few clothes as possible
• Wear your heavier shoes/boots/coat
• Decent your toiletries in to travel-seized plastic bottles
• Minimize your make-up bag. You do not need 10 lipsticks and eye shadows.
• Wear your valuable jewellery and keep the custome jewellery light.
• One perfume only.
• Don't go over the top with underwear - it can be washed overnight
• Ensure that your traveling handbag is large enough to carry your document and essentials, and put a pouch inside it that will double up as your evening bag.
